Work management is an ongoing challenge. Agencies are asked to do more with less and satisfy maintenance and rehabilitation demands. We designed GBA Work Master’s Work Order system to optimize system management - without adding to your workload.

The Work Order module can be used as a reactive and proactive work order system for scheduling and tracking work tasks, personnel, equipment, and material usage. Any related inventory and inspection data pertaining to a request can be automatically populated from the original Request record. From the Work Order module, a manager or supervisor can assign resources to resolve the complaint or to satisfy the request and set desired work start/end dates and times. As your crews perform work tasks, the assigned crew can log event date/time occurrences (arrived at site, fixed problem, left site, etc.) and record all related resource expenditures (manhours, equipment hours, material quantities) for future cost accounting.

GBA Work Master offers three versions of work orders: Standard, Lite, and Daily Work. While all three are integrated with the same data set, the Work Order Standard is the most comprehensive of the three. It contains additional functions such as cost, billing, tracking, associated preventative maintenance, resulting tasks, and related work orders. Work Order Lite contains only the basic functions of Work Order Standard which allows for easier, faster data entry. The smallest of the three work order modules, Daily Work was designed for easy, fast entry without your fingers ever having to leave the keyboard (i.e. you don't have to use a mouse).
