GBA Right-of-Way Master™ offers comprehensive data storage of pavement markings, sidewalks, curbs and pavement edges, bus stops, medians, guard rails, fences, walls, steps, railroad crossings and more. By tracking right-of-way component information, public works managers will have a complete picture of their roadway and pavement assets.

Historical Data

Right-of-way information can be retrieved and analyzed using GBA Right-of-Way’s built-in filtering and reporting capabilities. Each inventory module allows you to specify a feature’s location in a variety of ways including by address, x- & y-coordinates and multiple engineering field ties. The inventory modules retain historical information on each component. For example, the Sidewalk inventory module houses details regarding the sidewalk’s street location, width and length, driveway units and the owner of the asset.

Field Inspection

Each inventory module also has a companion inspection module designed to store information specific to each inventory feature. The data in the inspection modules includes historical and current condition assessments as determined by routine field inspections. By compiling and analyzing inspection data, managers can detect trends in deterioration and organize rehabilitation and replacement plans that make sense.

System Integration

The true power of the GBA Right-of-Way Master program is the coordination of your right-of-way data with GBA Work Master and GBA GIS Master and the complementary GBA Master Series transportation management applications. Through the coordinated use of these applications, managers will have graphical representation of their right-of-way assets (with GBA GIS Master) and integrated maintenance information relative to your entire system.
