For fleet and equipment asset management, we designed the comprehensive GBA Equipment Master solution. GBA Equipment Master enables you to easily track fleet and equipment inventory including used parts and fluids. You can also perform fleet and equipment comparisons using inspection records, fueling history and hour meter readings.

Fleet Management

The Fleet Inventory module tracks all equipment usage measured by an odometer, such as a dump truck or other work-related vehicle. Each record stores basic information such as make, model, year, and operator. You can track equipment attached to vehicles, view fueling history, estimate vehicle running costs and assess vehicle life span.

The program also includes a Fuelings module which tracks each vehicle’s fueling history, estimated fueling costs, and current odometer reading. For every refueled vehicle, you can log the current fueling information and odometer reading. With each new record, you can view the past fueling history and see the calculated cost differences to compare crew and vehicle efficiency.

For integration with fuel management software, GBA Equipment Master utilizes the Fueling Import and Export modules. These modules are custom designed on an individual basis for specific client needs. Using the Fueling Import module, you can transfer fueling logs from fuel management software and automatically create fueling records in the Fleet Fuelings module. The Fueling Export module allows you to transfer vehicle maintenance requirements to fuel management software. This allows you to program fueling restrictions until vehicles receive proper maintenance.
