Beginning in May 2005, Shipp will be based at CH2M HILL’s Sacramento, CA office, where he will fulfill the role of Information Solutions Consultants for the firm’s Southwest Region Water Business Group.

Shipp contributed significantly to the growth and success of gbaMS since joining the firm in May 2001. Under Shipp’s management, the West Region experienced the most significant growth in the number of gbaMS clients in recent years.
