gbaMS Announces 2007 Annual Conference & Training
January 16, 2007
Kansas City, Mo. – GBA Master Series, Inc., (gbaMS) has confirmed the date and location of its 2007 Annual Conference & Training. This year’s conference will be held Monday, Oct. 1, to Wednesday, Oct. 3, in Kansas City, Missouri at the Westin Crown Center (1 East Pershing Road, 64108). The three-day user conference will run from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. With six different tracks, the entire conference will include approximately 100 hour-long sessions.
Each year, the user community convenes at the conference to receive resources to further their software skills. The conference sessions include training from gbaMS staff and client presentations that show how different agencies are using the software for infrastructure management solutions. The conference provides attendees the opportunity to network with fellow members of their user community. Conference attendees also help guide the vision for future software development through user feedback forms, open forums, and panel discussions.
Last year’s conference, held in San Diego, California, had 182 attendees, representing 55 different agencies that utilize GBA Master Series. More details about this year’s conference will become available after the gbaMS Client Advisory Board meets in April to determine the agenda for the event.
Further details will be posted on www.gbams.com as they become available.
