gbaMS Responds to Growth with Personnel Changes

Overland Park , KS – In response to continued growth of the firm’s client community and on-going expansion of its product and services offerings, GBA Master Series, Inc. (gbaMS) announces the following personnel assignments.
Allison Tuttle, P.E. has been appointed to the newly created Client Services Manager position. Allison will coordinate the efforts of gbaMS Implementation Services personnel and strategic partners on GBA Master Series® software product implementation projects, and gbaMS Help Desk personnel for on-going technical support and software maintenance services.
Allison has served gbaMS clients since 2000 in the roles of Implementation Engineer, Project Manager, and Region Manager. She has extensive practical experience in all aspects of the firm’s client services.
Eric Daniel has been appointed to the newly created GIS Systems Analyst position. Eric will focus on coordinating efforts with the firm’s Technology Division to support, maintain, and enhance the integration between the GBA Master Series products and ESRI® Geographic Information System (GIS) technology.
Eric joined gbaMS after work in local government as a GIS Analyst, and has served gbaMS clients since 2002 in the roles of Implementation Specialist and Project Manager.
Nick Gwinn recently joined gbaMS as an Implementation Specialist. Nick will be responsible for delivery of project services including system configuration, data migration, GIS integration, and training.
Nick’s experience over the last 7 years includes positions within local government (Public Works Analyst and IT Systems Administrator), private industry (GIS Consultant/Developer/Analyst), and military (Geospatial Intelligence Analyst and GIS Team Leader/Section Supervisor for the United States Marine Corps). Nick is based in Atlanta, GA and will focus on implementation projects for gbaMS clients in the Southeastern United States.
Susan Cook recently joined gbaMS as a Technical Sales Specialist. Susan will be responsible for coordinating business development efforts with the firm’s Region Managers.
Susan’s experience over the last 7 years includes private-sector positions in which she worked in data management and electronic record-keeping; served as Project Manager for cartography projects; and provided IT Help Desk support.
Andre Johnson has joined gbaMS as a Help Desk Support Specialist. Andre will be responsible for providing GBA Master Series product technical support services to gbaMS clients.
Andre’s experience over the last 5 years includes private-sector positions with customer service focus.
In addition to these personnel assignments, gbaMS announces that IT Manager Brian Treff has achieved GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials Certification) status. GSEC provides assurance that certified individuals hold the appropriate level of knowledge and skill necessary for hands-on technical responsibilities in key areas of information security.
