Our GIS solutions can interface with most leading GIS products on the market today. Our integrated approach to GIS design keeps costs down by enabling full access to all levels of users with minimal training - regardless of their computer knowledge.

ArcGIS	Our GBA GIS Master ® products can function as extensions to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc.’s (ESRI) ArcGIS family of applications, the world’s premier desktop GIS. Our suite of GIS applications can link your spatial data to the powerful GBA Master Series database. Take advantage of the advanced tools included with our GIS products which expand ESRI’s easy-to-learn functionality specifically to meet the needs of infrastructure management.
Mapplet.NET	gbaMS partnered with DCSE, Inc. to develop a Web-based GIS solution. The resulting solution, GBA GIS Viewer ™ for Web, optimizes the number of individuals who can simultaneously view and display geo-referenced infrastructure and facilities data. GBA GIS Viewer for Web, built on solid ESRI ArcIMS technology, provides an ideal solution for agencies to take advantage of enterprise GIS in their organization.
EMS FieldMap	In conjunction with Engineering Mapping Solutions (EMS), gbaMS developed the GBA GIS Viewer ™ for Desktop application to provide cost-efficient, lower-level GIS functionality to non-GIS users. The application features a simple, yet powerful interface to suit the needs of anyone in your agency – from field crews to call center representatives.

EDEN

GBA Master Series and EDEN provide integrated solutions to manage infrastructure assets, financial accounting, payroll and billing, human resources and citizen services. Our maintenance management applications (work orders, preventative maintenance, customer requests) link to EDEN's accounting applications. The benefits of an integrating IMS and FIS include reduced redundant data entry between departments and will easily cross-reference data from respective systems.

The integrated modules include:

• General Ledger (equipment, contractors, non-inventory costs)
• Project Accounting
• Inventory (inventory costs can be associated to corresponding categories in GBA Warehouse Master)
• Address Integration (link EDEN customer database to GBA Work Master Request module for customer/owner information and meter information)
• Meter Integration (links EDEN meter and service location inventories to GBA Work Master for work assignments)

IMS Infrastructure Management Solutions

The gbaMS and IMS partnership provides public works agencies with complete Pavement Management Solutions - comprehensive enterprise-level software applications with expert field data collecting and consulting. Together, the IMS – gbaMS team can provide a one-stop solution for integrated software/data collection projects that span all aspects of city and county operations.

 

 

If you use GBA Sewer Master® or GBA Storm Master®, then you are already accounting for your collection system assets and data (structural integrity, overall condition index, and maintenance requirements). However, we understand that you need to do more than just store this information.

gbaMS developed the External TV Import utility to expedite your data compilation efforts, analysis and reporting. This utility can combine independent data sets allowing you to merge different CCTV coding into one common standard. You can import CCTV inspection data that is currently stored or collected in any number of third-party formats, including:

As part of the GBA Equipment Master™ program, the External Import Tool allows users to import data files from various SCADA and vehicle fueling software. This import tool allows users to perform field mapping into virtually any flat file (excel, text, etc). The readings from the SCADA import are populated to the readings module of the GBA Equipment Master program. Preventative maintenance work orders are then generated automatically based on PM reading schedules developed by the user. Fueling amounts and mileage are tracked in the same manner in the Fleet module.
