You will find these and similar phrases throughout our Web site.  All three of the phrases listed above say the same thing – you are the most important part of making our software what it is.  You are the experts, and you know what you need to do your job effectively.  We actively listen to your needs so that we can meet those needs in an easy-to-use manner.   With more than 200 client sites across the country using our software, bettering our software is a difficult, yet fun, challenge. 

Actively listening requires us to always acknowledge that we still have a lot to learn.  We listen:

  • During our Annual Conference and Training (ACT) meeting.  This three-day meeting allows all of our clients – and usually some soon-to-be clients – a chance to tell us what they like and where we can make enhancements to our software (or perhaps I should say “their software”).
  • During project implementations.  Every client is different and yet the same.  They manage similar assets, yet have different ideas as to how they want their system implemented. The client diversity keeps the software functionality broad enough to accommodate differing needs, and as new clients emerge, they are happy to discover that solutions they hadn’t even considered await them.
  • During software support questions.  Many of the questions that we field have to do with how the software can better be utilized.  These questions, from users who have now gotten their feet wet, help us better understand all of the details that our clients have to deal with day-to-day.

We also respond to numerous requests for proposals every year – keeping us up-to-date on the always-changing desires of the marketplace.
