The gbaMS Annual Conference & Training in San Diego

We will be conducting several hands-on workshops to enhance your attendance and your training experience. Class size is limited in each of these sessions to guarantee adequate personal attention for each attendee. You will be required to bring a laptop for your use. There is an additional fee to attend each of these sessions (please see the details below) that includes training materials, lunch and refreshments. We must have a minimum of 20 registered attendees to hold each of these classes, but space is limited so sign up early!

gbaMS Web Admin Workshop

This workshop would be a hands-on, 7 hour training course for users of the gbaMS Web Application. Our curriculum for this session is for administrators of the gbaMS Web user interface. In this one-day course you’ll learn how to customize the dashboard and the web request submittal forms, customize the web-based work order forms and grids, and set up new users, create online menus, assign forms to menus and give users access to specific menus.
Cost to attend: $250

Crystal Reports and gbaMS Workshop :: RESCHEDULED
Monday, September 27th

This workshop would be a hands-on, 7 hour training course for users of Crystal Reports as it pertains to the gbaMS applications. Our curriculum for this session is for EVERYONE – especially users with little or no Crystal Reports knowledge. In this one-day course you’ll learn how to make edits to existing gbaMS reports and create new reports from scratch. The primary objective is to educate you on the special links between the gbaMS databases and Crystal Reports.
Cost to attend: $150

GIS Workshop :: CANCELLED

Our initial intent with regard to the GIS Workshop was to focus our training on all the changes that will be featured in Version 7.1.  After working to develop the agenda we have determined that the content we planned to cover would be better suited for presentation-style sessions that are open to all attendees. This will allow ALL GIS users to see the enhancements they can expect to see in our upcoming release.

As a result of all this, we have decided to cancel the GIS Hands-On Workshop and simply incorporate the items we planned to cover in sessions throughout the week.

You'll find the Pre-Conference Workshop options as part of your conference registration process.
