We are very proud of the amazing growth we have experienced over the last few years, and we are excited about the evolution of our software products. We are very aware that you, our users, have helped tremendously by giving us excellent ideas and input on how to improve our software and our services. With more than 200 communities using the GBA Master Series software, improving the product so it better meets everyone’s needs is difficult. The gbaMS ACT gives us the best opportunity to listen to our users so we can always strive to deliver better solutions in the future.

The ACT is a unique training ground where users from all over the country can

• learn about the enhancements we’ve made over the past year
• get training on everything from basic concepts to advanced techniques
• meet individually with gbaMS Implementation Specialists to get specific help where needed as part of our Doctor’s Office
• get training on Crystal Reports customization as it relates to our software

The ACT will give you a chance to meet and receive support from the user community, build relationships with other users, interact directly with gbaMS staff, and learn how others are finding solutions with the GBA Master Series software. We have planned sessions and activities that focus on optimizing your skills, heightening your understanding of your tools, and exploring more efficient maintenance and management practices. We’ll throw a bit of fun in there as well. We are extremely proud of our national user group meeting.
