In 2004, we formed the gbaMS Client Advisory Board (CAB) to act as a liaison between our clients and our staff. The CAB is responsible for providing us direction in terms of software development, customer support and the gbaMS ACT. At the close of every conference we hold a meeting with the CAB to discuss the successes and failures of the event. We compile their comments (as well as the comments we receive from our attendees) and we draft an agenda for the following year's event. Then, each Spring, the CAB meets to discuss the draft agenda and make additional recommendations. We also ask quite a bit of these individuals when it comes to the ACT. They are relied upon to present how their organization uses our software, and we also ask them to search for potential speakers within their organization and within their networking circles.
